Julia Guedes Canicali graduated at Ouro Preto University, Brazil, as a pharmacist specialized on biochemistry applied to the pharmaceutical industry. After graduation, started working at Novo Nordisk in Brazil, being responsible for supporting the implementation and daily operations of GMP processes at the packaging area. Later on, started working with the implementation and use of Lean tools as well as project management, also at the packaging area. In 2014, moved to Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark to join the Global Serialisation Programme and since then, has been working as a project manager and technical expert to implement serialisation in different packaging lines. In total it’s 10 years of professional experience within packaging at the pharmaceutical industry.
